Account Deletion
In accordance with Google Play's data policies, Blue Dog allows you to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
How to request deletion
To delete your account, please send an email to our support team using the address below. You must send this email from the same email address that is registered to your Blue Dog account.

What happens when you request deletion?
- Account Profile: Your email address, password hash, and display name will be permanently deleted from our authentication systems (Supabase).
- Personal Data: Any saved compliance records, pre-start checks, and private favourites will be permanently deleted.
- Public Contributions: Hazards and fuel prices you have submitted will be anonymised. The data (e.g., "Police hazard at these coordinates") will remain on the map for the safety of other drivers, but it will no longer be linked to your account or identity.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 7 days. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
